HUMAN first, then a proud IRANIAN

This blog represents the way I see some of the most significant events impacting the world and its citizens. This blog also represents how I react to the events as a member of humanity with a voice, a determined voice that insists to be heard. The voice of an Iranian who loves his country but his priority is humanity; humanity without border. I will say what I want to say, when I want to say it, and how I want to say it, but I will never lie. I will also listen; I promise.

A quick post: US Guantanamo tribunals 'illegal'

The US Supreme Court has ruled that the Bush administration does not have the authority to try terrorism suspects by military tribunal... .

...."The procedures adopted to try Hamdan also violate the Geneva Conventions," the justices said.

About 500 prisoners, without a charge, held in Guantanamo for about 4 years... .
Long time, isn't it? And now after the world wide complaints about the Guantanamo, the US Supreme Court has decided to admit what the Bush administration has been doing was illegal; against the US and the International laws and that the prisoners cannot be tried by the military tribunals. Where have you been in last four years Mr. and Mrs. "justices"?

What do the criminal minded Bush*ts who are saturated in their pathetic and stupid "patriotism" which has made them dumber than pieces of rock, have to say about this?

...More, perhaps later.

Just a reminder of a dark chapter of history!

Once again the opportunity came up to visit these clips. But that is only one of the many.

I've been asked by an idiot who says he is a retired US army General, and calls himself Big Tex who, with his stupid sarcasm, wanted me to bring evidences of the US crimes all around the world. Well, what evidence better than what is told by a high CIA official who admits that the CIA (the US) is responsible for the killing of 6 million people around the world in the name of "fight for democracy and freedom"; the same hot air that is still being chewed, swallowed and spewed by the criminal US leaders and then re-consumed by their stupid, at best, and criminal at worst, followers.

This is for you Big Tex, the retired indecent army General; Only for you:

The Secrete Wars of the CIA.

The failed "justice" system

After practically sweeping under the carpet of Abu Ghraib, Hadissa and many more criminal activities, the US's "justice" system f*cked up again; as usual.
A US army dog handler convicted of using his dog to abuse an inmate at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison will not go to jail, a military court has decided. Sgt Santos Cardona, 32, was instead sentenced to 90 days' hard labour by the panel. He will also be demoted and will have his pay docked.
Yeah That's it; 90 days and a pay cut.
That might be good reason why the US is so terrified of endorsing the International Criminal Court and that is exactly why the US must be forced to turn in those who have committed or are seriously accused of committing crimes against humanity and/or human rights abuses to the International Criminal Court. But then again, that would too much to ask the US to turn in most of its high ranking leaders to a real court for prosecution.
